Dumas Police are investigating a attempted Home Invasion in the 300 block of S. Porter on Sunday evening September 02, 2012 at approximately 9:50 pm. The man currently still at large is described as a slim white male in his early 30's, wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and a light grey cap. The subject had a red/blonde hair and beard.

Police are investigating the suspicious death of 39 year-old Roger Mora over the Easter weekend. An autopsy was conducted on Mora Wednesday, but initial results have not been released. Anyone with information concerning Mora’s death is asked to contact the Dumas Police Department at 806-935-3998

Police are investigating several motor vehicle burglaries in the 600 block of 3rd place, 400 block of Mills, and the 100 block of Floyd. If you have information or saw suspicious subjects in the area of the burglaries please contact the police department or text a tip to 274637.

Burglary of a Habitation
Police are investigating burglaries of residences at 604 Pear, 316 Cedar, 100 Plum, and 823 Zauk which occurred between 09/28/12 and 09/30/12. If you saw anything suspicious in the area of these burglaries please contact the police department.
